今天的狀況非常差,有那種騎不下去,不想上訓練台的感覺!
結果出現有趣的現象,相較於前天狀況好時,175bpm *15 *2 今天15min的avgwatts竟然沒有差多少。同時90分鐘的平均心跳也較前天低,但功率卻高了14watts。
答案在心中,不可說!
